V-Turbine Services were established to provide repairs, upgrades and new replacements spare parts packages for the complete fleet of V-series gas turbines.
We offer a unique opportunity to owner's / operator's of gas turbines to purchase new replacement parts that are equivalent or superior to that offered by the OEM, while saving significant cost. Our extensive backgrounds and experience allow us to shift the focus from "lowest cost of production" for a part (OEM's philosophy) to "lowest cost of ownership" of a part. We don't just copy a part, we utilize our extensive knowledge of these engines to offer improvements where needed. This is often accomplished through complete reverse engineering, material upgrades, addition of protective coatings for oxidation / corrosion control and wear resistance, and improvements in geometry, tolerance and clearance.
